This drone shot was taken in the heart of the Andes mountains in Peru, on the Huayhuash trekking trail. As the sun begins to rise over the rugged peaks, the magnificent Jirishanca mountain peak is reflected perfectly in the still waters of Lake Carhuacocha.

Jirishanca is a sight to behold, standing tall at an altitude of 6,094 meters above sea level. Towering high above the surrounding landscape, its snow-capped summit catches the first rays of sunlight, glowing with a fiery orange hue against the crisp blue sky.

But it's the reflection in Lake Carhuacocha that really takes this drone shot to the next level. The still waters of the lake serve as a perfect mirror, reflecting the mountain peak and the surrounding landscape with breathtaking clarity.
